The Market is Open!


We now enter another season change in our local food culture. Nice cooler temperature, change in fruits of the season. Sorrel is in full swing, guavaberries are ripening.

This week we highlights the locally made FIRE Cider on the market. As we enter the cold and flu season, now is a great time to incorporate immune boosting ingredients into our diets. And it’s a real treat that we have access to locally made of fire ciders.

Haven’t heard of a Fire Cider before?
If you’re into herbal medicine, this item would be considered a real special find to have in your medicine cabinet this December. It’s very good for boosting your immune system.
